ShopFrix è un progetto indipendente offerto a titolo gratuito. Non vende prodotti, non intermedia acquisti, non elabora pagamenti e non percepisce corrispettivi dagli utenti.

2. Cosa fa ShopFrix, e cosa non fa

ShopFrix ti permette di scrivere una lista della spesa e di vedere quanto costerebbe presso i supermercati coperti dal servizio, con l'indicazione del prezzo per unità di misura e degli articoli eventualmente non disponibili.

ShopFrix non:

vende prodotti né consente di acquistarli;
è gestito, approvato o sponsorizzato da alcuna delle insegne citate;
garantisce che un prodotto sia effettivamente disponibile in un determinato punto vendita;
legge i prezzi in tempo reale dalle casse dei negozi.

3. I prezzi: come li otteniamo e cosa significano

I prezzi sono rilevati periodicamente da fonti pubblicamente accessibili e conservati insieme alla data della rilevazione. Ogni prezzo mostrato nell'app indica quando è stato verificato l'ultima volta.

Fra una rilevazione e l'altra un prezzo può cambiare, una promozione può iniziare o finire, un prodotto può esaurirsi o essere ritirato. Il prezzo vincolante è esclusivamente quello esposto dal punto vendita al momento dell'acquisto. Le informazioni fornite da ShopFrix hanno carattere puramente indicativo e servono a orientare una scelta, non a sostituirsi al prezzo esposto.

Ci impegniamo a rappresentare i prezzi in modo corretto e a indicarne sempre la data di rilevazione. Se noti un prezzo palesemente errato, segnalacelo a e lo correggeremo.

4. Insegne e marchi citati

I nomi e i marchi delle insegne della grande distribuzione citati in ShopFrix appartengono ai rispettivi titolari e sono utilizzati esclusivamente in funzione descrittiva, per identificare i punti vendita e i prodotti oggetto del confronto, ai sensi dell'art. 21 del Codice della Proprietà Industriale e dell'art. 14, par. 1, lett. c) del Regolamento (UE) 2017/1001.

ShopFrix è un servizio indipendente e non è affiliato, approvato, sponsorizzato o in alcun modo collegato alle insegne citate.

5. Il tuo account

Devi avere almeno 14 anni per registrarti, in conformità all'art. 2-quinquies del D.Lgs. 196/2003.
I dati che fornisci devono essere veritieri e aggiornati.
Sei responsabile della custodia delle tue credenziali. Se sospetti un accesso non autorizzato, cambia la password e scrivici.
Un account per persona. Non cedere l'account a terzi.

6. Come puoi usare il servizio

Ti chiediamo di non:

estrarre in modo automatizzato e sistematico i contenuti di ShopFrix, né riprodurne il catalogo o la banca dati;
tentare di accedere a dati di altri utenti o di aggirare le misure di sicurezza;
sovraccaricare deliberatamente l'infrastruttura o comprometterne il funzionamento;
utilizzare il servizio per finalità illecite o per violare diritti altrui;
inserire nelle liste o nelle note contenuti offensivi, illeciti o dati personali di terzi non necessari.

In caso di violazione grave o reiterata possiamo sospendere o chiudere l'account, dandotene comunicazione salvo che la legge lo impedisca.

7. I contenuti che inserisci

Liste, note, cronologia di spesa e scontrini restano tuoi. Ci concedi soltanto quanto strettamente necessario a erogare il servizio: conservarli, elaborarli e mostrarli a te e alle persone con cui scegli di condividere una lista. Non li usiamo per altre finalità, non li cediamo e non li rivendichiamo. Puoi esportarli o eliminarli in qualsiasi momento dall'app.

8. Disponibilità del servizio

ShopFrix è offerto gratuitamente e «così com'è». Non garantiamo continuità, assenza di errori né la copertura di una determinata insegna o di un determinato prodotto. Possiamo modificare, sospendere o cessare il servizio, in tutto o in parte: in caso di cessazione definitiva ti daremo un preavviso ragionevole affinché tu possa esportare i tuoi dati.

9. Responsabilità

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo dei danni derivanti da scelte di acquisto compiute sulla base di informazioni di prezzo o di disponibilità che si siano rivelate non aggiornate, né dell'indisponibilità temporanea del servizio.

Restano in ogni caso ferme e non derogabili le responsabilità che la legge non consente di escludere: quelle per dolo o colpa grave (art. 1229 c.c.), quelle per danni alla vita e all'integrità fisica, e ogni diritto che il Codice del Consumo riconosce al consumatore. Nessuna clausola di questi termini va letta come una rinuncia a tali diritti.

10. Recesso e chiusura

Puoi smettere di usare ShopFrix in qualsiasi momento e senza motivazione. Per eliminare account e dati: Impostazioni → I tuoi dati → Elimina il mio account. L'operazione è immediata e irreversibile; le liste che hai creato e condiviso vengono eliminate anche per gli altri partecipanti.

11. Modifiche ai termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi termini. Se le modifiche sono sostanziali, te ne diamo notizia nell'app con un preavviso ragionevole prima che abbiano effetto. Se non le accetti, puoi eliminare l'account: è l'unica conseguenza prevista.

12. Legge applicabile e foro competente

Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana.

Se sei un consumatore, resta ferma la competenza inderogabile del giudice del luogo in cui risiedi o hai eletto domicilio, ai sensi dell'art. 66-bis del Codice del Consumo, e restano applicabili le disposizioni imperative del Paese in cui risiedi abitualmente. Prima di rivolgerti al giudice puoi tentare una composizione stragiudiziale della controversia rivolgendoti a un organismo ADR competente; in ogni caso puoi scrivere a e cercheremo di risolvere la questione direttamente.

13. Nullità parziale

Se una clausola di questi termini risulta nulla o inefficace, le restanti clausole conservano piena validità.

In short. ShopFrix is free and independent. It helps you work out where your shopping list costs least, but the prices you see are collected periodically rather than read live: the price that counts is the one on the shelf. We are not affiliated with any of the retailers named. You can stop whenever you like and delete everything from the app.

ShopFrix is an independent project offered free of charge. It sells no products, brokers no purchases, processes no payments and takes no fees from users.

2. What ShopFrix does, and what it does not

ShopFrix lets you write a shopping list and see what it would cost at the supermarkets the service covers, with the unit price and any items a shop does not stock.

ShopFrix does not:

sell products or let you buy them;
operate under the control, endorsement or sponsorship of any retailer named;
guarantee that a product is actually in stock at a given store;
read prices live from any store's tills.

3. Prices: where they come from and what they mean

Prices are collected periodically from publicly accessible sources and stored with the date they were observed. Every price shown in the app says when it was last checked.

Between one collection and the next, a price can change, a promotion can start or end, and a product can sell out or be withdrawn. The binding price is only the one displayed by the store at the time of purchase. What ShopFrix shows is indicative: it is there to inform a choice, not to replace the shelf price.

We undertake to represent prices accurately and always to show when they were observed. If you spot a price that is obviously wrong, tell us at and we will correct it.

4. Retailer names and trademarks

The names and trademarks of the supermarket chains referred to in ShopFrix belong to their respective owners and are used purely descriptively, to identify the stores and products being compared, under art. 21 of the Italian Industrial Property Code and art. 14(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001.

ShopFrix is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way connected to the retailers named.

5. Your account

You must be at least 14 to register, in line with art. 2-quinquies of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
The details you give must be truthful and kept up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and tell us.
One account per person. Do not transfer your account to anyone else.

6. How you may use the service

Please do not:

systematically extract ShopFrix's contents by automated means, or reproduce its catalogue or database;
attempt to reach other users' data or circumvent security measures;
deliberately overload the infrastructure or interfere with its operation;
use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
put offensive or unlawful content, or unnecessary personal data about other people, into lists or notes.

Where a breach is serious or repeated we may suspend or close the account, telling you unless the law prevents us.

7. The content you add

Lists, notes, purchase history and receipts remain yours. You grant us only what is strictly needed to run the service: storing, processing and showing them to you and to anyone you choose to share a list with. We do not use them for anything else, do not pass them on, and claim no ownership. You can export or delete them at any time from the app.

8. Availability

ShopFrix is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee continuity, freedom from error, or coverage of any particular retailer or product. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part: if we shut it down for good, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from purchasing decisions made on the basis of price or availability information that turned out to be out of date, nor for temporary unavailability of the service.

In every case, liability the law does not permit us to exclude remains fully in place: liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), liability for death or personal injury, and every right the Italian Consumer Code gives a consumer. Nothing in these terms should be read as a waiver of those rights.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using ShopFrix at any time and without giving a reason. To delete your account and data: Settings → Your data → Delete my account. This is immediate and irreversible; lists you created and shared are removed for the other participants too.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where changes are material, we will tell you in the app with reasonable notice before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account — that is the only consequence.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

If you are a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction of the court where you reside or have elected domicile applies under art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, and the mandatory provisions of the country where you habitually reside continue to apply. Before going to court you may attempt an out-of-court settlement through a competent ADR body; in any case you can write to and we will try to resolve the matter directly.

13. Severability

If any clause of these terms is found void or ineffective, the remaining clauses stay fully in force.
