Chi riceve i dati delle foto dei supermercati

Se acconsenti a vedere le foto dei supermercati (nelle liste, nelle pagine dei prodotti e nei volantini), il tuo dispositivo le carica direttamente dai server elencati qui sotto, che ricevono il tuo indirizzo IP, dati tecnici del dispositivo e del browser e quale immagine hai richiesto (a seconda del browser, anche eventuali cookie già impostati). Ogni supermercato tratta questi dati come titolare autonomo, secondo la propria informativa.

Senza il tuo consenso le foto dei prodotti ti arrivano attraverso il nostro server, e i supermercati non ricevono i tuoi dati; le foto delle offerte dei volantini che non sono nel nostro catalogo compaiono solo con il consenso, e solo per i supermercati che ShopFrix ha abilitato dopo averne verificato le condizioni. Puoi revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento in Impostazioni → Foto dei supermercati. Tutti i dettagli sono nell'informativa privacy.

Alcuni di questi server sono reti di distribuzione dei contenuti (CDN): il paese da cui ti arriva la foto dipende dalla rete del supermercato. Le foto di ALDI Australia arrivano dal suo server per l'area Asia-Pacifico e compaiono solo a chi usa l'app in Australia. Se aggiungeremo un supermercato o un server, questa pagina e l'informativa lo diranno prima, e l'app ti chiederà di nuovo il consenso.

Who receives data from supermarket photos

If you agree to see supermarket photos (in lists, product pages and flyers), your device loads them directly from the servers listed below, which receive your IP address, technical details of your device and browser, and which picture you asked for (depending on the browser, also any cookies already set). Each supermarket handles this data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.

Without your consent, product photos reach you through our own server and the supermarkets receive none of your data; photos of flyer offers that are not in our catalogue appear only with your consent, and only for supermarkets ShopFrix has enabled after checking their terms. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Supermarket photos. The details are in the privacy notice. The Italian text is authoritative.

ALDI Australia's photos come from its Asia-Pacific server and appear only to people using the app in Australia. If we add a supermarket or a server, this page and the privacy notice will say so first, and the app will ask for your consent again.
